Call of Duty: WWII Release Date, Beta, Zombies Officially Confirmed

Following a leak related to their marketing material online, Activision has now officially confirmed the release date, story and beta for their latest upcoming title Call of Duty: WWII.

Developed by the Sledgehammer Games, the game will be released on Novemeber 3, 2017 for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. Those who're planning to pre-order the game will get access to a private beta in this year which will be first available on PS4.

Other than that, Activision confirmed other information related to their single-player campaign. The game's chapter will follow Private Ronald 'Red' Daniels of the U.S. army as he and his fellow soldiers of the 1st infantry division during the war years 1944 and 1945.

Locations will include the famous Normandy beaches, locations set during the liberation of Paris till the division finds its way into the Germany. Both the invasion of Normandy and battle of the Bulge will be featured in the game.

This latest chapter in Call of Duty's franchise was released last week and now the franchise will be heading back to the World War II theme since their 2008's Call of Duty: World at War.
