With Twitch Partnership Any Streamer Can Now Earn Money

twitch partnership

A few months back, Twitch announced their partner program that will make any video streamer to qualify and start earning money playing video games.

Similar to the YouTube's Partner Program, Twitch's program will be available to any streamer who qualifies a basic criteria which involves 500 minutes streamed in the last 30 days, at least 3 regular viewers, and at least 50 followers.

Twitch Partnership is aiming to expand and attract more streamers who are looking for ways to earn money playing video games and even make a living out of it.

Currently the Twitch Partnership program fits well to the existing partner program, which lets streamers offer subscriptions through their channels and earn revenue.

With out affiliate program, we will be able to open means of support from the gaming community to a whole new level.

This program will start from 'Cheering with Bits' which is a payment system which lets users buy animated emoticons to use in a chat window.

Over the time, Twitch is planning to launch more monetization options for the people who're in Twitch Partnership program. Options include subscriptions, ad revenue, donations and much more.

Twitch Partnership program is live now and they're sending invitations to the users who meets the criteria.
